Logging in via Internet Explorer:
In front of the user name, place the following code: ntkc\ followed by the user name. Example: user name is m012345, so username for Internet Explorer is: ntkc\m012345
When logging in via every other internet programme such as Firefox or Safari you no longer need to use the code ntkc\ and can directly fill in your user name
